A Highlight on Some Healthy Choices

I truly believe that any food served with love is healthy food. But please…on an every day basis…please, please do not wait until you get sick to start taking care of your body and eating, drinking and making the healthier choices when it comes to your sacred body.

Please right now…stop eating crap and junk foods. And that means no processed foods or drinks of any kind. If it’s boxed, packaged, wrapped in any way…throw it out. Don’t eat it.

And stop with the red meat, the dairy, the cereal, the candy bars, the donuts.

Cool it, too, with the soda, the alcoholic beverages, the coffee and the tea.

There are all kinds of wonderful, healthy choices out there when it comes to food and drink…so please make those wonderful, healthy choices.

Meanwhile, also — please do some form of exercise every day, even if it’s just a walk around the block. Just be consistent with it on a daily with a regular regimine of some sort.

Into the mix, please drink plenty of purified water and for the love of Heaven…stop smoking — and remove that mercury from the fillings in your teeth. [That mercury is about two inches from your brain].

And let’s also please not forget to be kind to one another; to appreciate of the blessings we have: to stay positive in all we think, say and do; to watch our words, and make sure they are only words of Light, and grace and respect for all people.
