The following is from the preface of the new book, THE 12 BEST SECRETS OF CHRISTMAS: A TREASURE HOUSE OF DECEMBER MEMORIES REVEALED, which features a Foreword by actor Dean Butler (from TV’s Little House on the Prairie), and an Introduction by actor Jerry Houser (of TV’s The Brady Bunch, and who was the voiceover announcer in the 1980s for the classic TV favorite, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer):
