Adult Bullying is Real

Adult bullying is real, and it takes many forms, the subtlest of which is cold silence. I have experienced it, and sadly, at times, participated in it. If you have been or are bullied by any friends, colleagues, associates, or even family members or anyone else, stand up for your rights and nip it in the bud.

And the same goes for those who are doing the bullying. Nip it in the bud. Stop bullying others. Stop being mean…
