Here's what it means: Religion has to do with organization, attending "church," "temple," etc.; abiding by the laws of humanity that are allegedly inspired by "God" in Heaven, and the conditional laws of that "God." Spirituality is about knowing that God is LOVE, or better put, that LOVE is God; and that one does not have to do or "earn" approval or acceptance by that true God of Love. Spirituality is about understanding that we already have that Love; there's no "punishment"/"reward" system. In some sectors of "spirituality," there may be "good" karma and "bad" karma...but the true God of Love in Heaven doesn't even give a flying fig about any of that either. The only thing true God of Unconditional Love in Heaven cares about is that we love; no matter or beliefs, religious, spiritual, or otherwise; no matter our political or economic status; no matter our sexuality; no matter our anything. The only thing that matters is Love, however you want to slice it....religiously or spiritually.
