Repeat After Me: Words to Live By

I respect all good religions and the spiritual beliefs of all cultures, creeds, and people. I respect each individual for their own political beliefs or affiliations. I respect women, men, and people of all genders and/or gender associations. I am the peace I seek, and I teach by example. As such, my life is blessed, and my life serves as a blessing to others.

I respect my body temple, eat only the healthiest foods, and drink only the healthiest liquids. I do not abuse my body with drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, or excessive sugars and sweets. I take responsibility for my health and dedicate my life to some form of consistent exercise program.

I am a mature, educated human being. Whether I am married, or in a committed relationship, I dedicate myself to only one other human being; I do not seek the romantic attention or affection of others, and remain loyal to that one special person in my life. I do not “play games” in the area of the heart; I am honest with myself and my partner, who I respect enough to share my true feelings. If I am in a relationship, and my partner wants to get married and I do not, then I let that partner go and do not waste their time, so that both of us will be free to find our truest loves.

I am an intelligent. I do not use profanity, vulgar, ignorant words, particularly if I am a parent, teacher, business…
