The Sun is a blessing, sprinkled with Vitamin D. The only time the Sun becomes a problem is as with everything else. When there’s too much of it. The key, again, as with everything else, is moderation. No one should stay in the Sun for more than 20 minutes at a time, and all suntan lotions and sunscreens should be thrown in the trash, as they are littered with chemicals that seep through the skin and poison the blood. Those with fair skin should take extra precautions. But ultimately, if everyone drinks a lot of water, eliminates alcohol, cigs, and poor eating and drinking habits in general, they should be fine when it comes to the Sun. Also, too: in place of the dreadful processed sunscreens out there, instead, apply the real live aloe vera gel from a real live aloe vera plant before going in the sun, and every morning after you shower and every night before you go to sleep. Blessings to All.
