The Terminology of God — and Why Would Anyone Want to “Damn” Love?

Some people freak out when you talk about God as if that were a dirty word — which of course is the exact opposite of that.

“God” is about as clean a word as you’re going to get. Not to mention, beautiful. That’s the true essence of God; beauty and Love.

Assuredly, the core of God is Love, and Love is God. Many throw toss around the word “Love,” more often than not, in a meaningless way.

Conversely, some feel uncomfortable when they hear someone say “God bless you,” after someone else sneezes.

If that’s the case, then those uncomfortable humans should just say, “Love bless you.”

But here’s the thing:

Throwing around the words “God” or “Love” is meaningless indeed if there is not the right intention behind speaking these words.

Exhibit A: When some choose to take the Lord’s Name in vain, which is THEE №1 Commandment.

Anyone taking the Lord’s Name in vain is essentially damning love.

Why would anyone want to damn love?

Blessings to All.
